- Which tools do you use?
- n8n, TypeScript and Node, OpenAI, Anthropic, and local models, and MCP where it fits. We work with what you already have where we can.
- What if it breaks?
- Fixes are free for 14 days after launch. After that, the monthly plan covers it, or we fix things as one-off jobs.
- Do we need to get on a call?
- No. Most projects are scoped and run entirely in writing, with short recorded walkthroughs where they help. If you’d like a short call before you commit, ask and we’ll book one.
- What isn’t included?
- Data migrations, more than three integrations per build, and regulated-data hosting such as HIPAA, unless quoted separately.
